Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped as a priority. However, handling times may vary depending on the time of order. Please allow up to 3 days for handling prior to delivery.

Orders will be shipped with Royal Mail, or an otherwise suitable courier chosen at the discretion of Northumbria Pets. Damages or loss during shipping is not the liability of Northumbria Pets, however we will endeavor to assist where possible.
